Project Description

The Mulberry is a 115-acre office park with 3,500 feet of frontage on Interstate 95 across from the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport and within the Godley Station Project in Savannah, Georgia. The Mulberry, which is zoned for up to 1.1 million square feet of development, is slated to become Savannah’s premier corporate office environment and highly amenitized office park with extensive landscaping, aesthetically pleasing entrances and a distinctive boulevard approach.

		The Mulberry is distinguished by its highly visible and accessible location from the Pooler Parkway and Jimmy Deloach Parkway Interchanges of Interstate 95, as well as its proximity to the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, the deep water container port of the Georgia Ports Authority and many of Savannah’s major employers. Meticulous land planning combined with covenants and architectural guidelines have been adopted in order to help ensure an orderly progression of high quality development.

The 54,000 square foot Mulberry I building is slated for completion by November 1, 2006. Choate Construction Company and First National Bank will occupy the anchor spaces by November 1, 2006. The Mulberry I building was designed to set a new standard for corporate offices in the Savannah metro area in terms of its classic and distinctive architecture, high quality construction materials to include the marble main lobby and wi-fi network.

There are two other anchors committed to the Mulberry project. BB&T is slated to complete and occupy its West Chatham headquarters branch in December of 2006. Prior to the end of 2006, Airport Hospitality, LLC is slated to commence construction of a seven-story Embassy Suites hotel with an estimated 250 rooms as well as convention and meeting space.

The Mulberry at Godley Station is destined to become the premier office location for corporations and companies serving the Savannah metropolitan market and surrounding regions.
